Pete Started This
Company for a Reason.
Back in 1988, Pete Mays saw a gap in the Western New York moving industry — too many companies that didn't show up on time, didn't handle belongings with care, and hit customers with surprise charges at the end of the job.
So he started Pete's Moving with a simple promise: show up when you say you will, treat every item like it's your own, and charge a fair price. That promise hasn't changed in over 35 years.
Today, Pete's Moving has completed thousands of moves across Western New York — from studio apartments to full office relocations, from antique furniture to grand pianos. The same values that built this company on day one still drive every move we make.
